ASOS bought Topshop/Topman from the Arcadia administration in 2021 and in Oct 2024 sold 75% of the brand IP to Heartland for £135m, keeping 25% plus design, distribution and wholesale rights under royalty. Topshop.com relaunched as a standalone UK site in Aug 2025 and returned to wholesale partners; product is designed by ASOS.
