Notes
VF bought Timberland in Sept 2011 for c.$2bn; VF also owns The North Face, Vans, Napapijri, Eastpak, Kipling and sold Supreme (2024) and Dickies (to Bluestar, Nov 2025). Timberland apparel in Europe is a large licensed/wholesale business, which is why so much clothing and so many accessories (watches, eyewear, bags) appear at off-price.
