Notes

ABG owns the mark; UK store operator No Ordinary Designer Label went into administration March 2024 and all UK/Ireland stores closed by Aug 2024. Since then: United Legwear & Apparel runs e-commerce (relaunched Nov 2024), New Lobster (PDS Group) does design/production, Pace Partnership London does UK/EU wholesale; a London store return was reported for early 2026. Large volumes of run-off and licensed product at off-price.

  • Owner: Authentic Brands Group

ABG bought Ted Baker in 2022; UK operator No Ordinary Designer Label entered administration in 2024 and all 46 UK stores closed. US/Canada apparel is licensed to United Legwear & Apparel Co, BCI Brands and Peerless; ULAC relaunched the UK website in Nov 2024 and Pace Partnership London took UK/EU wholesale. UK stock at off-price is therefore a mix of pre-administration and licensee product.
